9.1 Maintenance and cleaning intervals

The specified intervals are standard values and refer to single-shift operation. We recommend recording the
inspections. The date of the inspection, the detected defects and the name of the inspector must be observed.

9.2 Replacing the pre-filter

The filter pad (B) is the most important element. When replaced regularly, the service life of the pre-filter
is prolonged. Cleaning the filter pad with compressed air or a hammer is not permitted. The filter pad must
be replaced.
► Check the pre-filter and primary filter and replace as needed.

► Check the extraction arm and replace as needed.

► Clean outer surfaces.

Turn the On/Off switch (D) to <O>.

Pull out the mains plug.

Unlock and open the service door using a square

wrench.
Remove the pre-filter.

Remove the spring clamp (A) and filter pad (B).

Dispose of the filter pad (B) in accordance with

local regulations.

Insert a new filter pad (B) into the filter grill (C).

Insert the spring clamp (A).

Close the service door and lock it using

a square wrench.
