    1 Identifikation 1 Identifikation Das Rauchgas-Absauggerät xFUME FLEX wird zum Absaugen von Schweiß-, Schneid- und Schleifrauchen eingesetzt. Das Gerät darf nur mit Original ABICOR BINZEL Ersatzteilen betrieben werden. Diese Betriebsanleitung beschreibt nur das Rauchgas-Absauggerät xFUME FLEX. Das Gerät ist in den Ausführungen 230 V und 115 V verfügbar.

Das Elektrokabel muss dabei aus dem Metallkragen herausragen. Elektrokabel am Profilrohr mit dem Elektrokabel der Absaughaube verbinden. Dazu die entsprechenden Farben der Adern verbinden.

HINWEIS Sachschaden durch Überdrehen Wenn der Absaugarm über den Anschlag hinaus gedreht wird, kann er beschädigt werden.

    FLEX 9 Wartung und Reinigung 9 Wartung und Reinigung Regelmäßige Wartung und Reinigung sind Voraussetzung für eine lange Lebensdauer und eine einwandfreie Funktion. Der Wartungszyklus wird durch die Arbeitsumgebung und die Wartungszeit der Geräte bestimmt. In der Regel beträgt der Wartungszyklus drei Monate. Wenn das Gerät mehr als 8 Stunden täglich betrieben wird, sollte die Wartungszeit je nach Bedarf geändert werden.

    9 Wartung und Reinigung xFUME FLEX 9.1 Wartungs- und Reinigungsintervalle Die angegebenen Intervalle sind Richtwerte und beziehen sich auf den Einschichtbetrieb. Wir empfehlen über die Prüfungen Buch zu führen. Dabei sollte das Datum der Überprüfung, festgestellte Mängel und der Name des Überprüfenden festgehalten werden.

    FLEX 9 Wartung und Reinigung 9.3 Hauptfilter tauschen Der Hauptfilter kann nicht gereinigt, nur komplett ausgetauscht werden. Das Reinigen des Hauptfilters durch Ausblasen mit Druckluft oder Ausklopfen ist nicht zulässig.     9 Wartung und Reinigung xFUME FLEX 9.5 Absaugarm tauschen HINWEIS Reduzierte Absaugleistung durch defekten Absaugschlauch Beschädigungen und Undichtigkeiten am Absaugschlauch verringern die Absaugleistung. ► Prüfen Sie den Absaugschlauch regelmäßig und tauschen Sie diesen ggf. aus. Das obere Ende der Gummimanschette an der Absaughaube umklappen, so dass die Spannschelle frei zugänglich ist.

Place the connecting tube in position and pull the rubber sleeve over the connecting tube until it covers the metal flange.

    7 Operation xFUME FLEX 6.3 Controlling the volume flow A lever on the extraction hood can be used to manually control the volume flow. When the lever is vertical, the valve is open and the extracted welding fumes flow unimpeded. If the lever is horizontal, the valve closes and limits the volume flow of the extracted welding fumes.

The maintenance cycle is determined by the work environment and by the length of the scheduled intervals between maintenance of the devices.
