Insert the power cable through the left cable gland into
the payment box. Cut the power cable using a cable
cutter (T6), such that there is at least 350mm length
of cable available inside the payment box. Tighten the
cable gland using the adjustable wrench (T9).

If LAN is used, remove the seal using an adjustable
wrench (T9) and mount the cable gland (P4). Insert the
LAN cable through the cable gland and cut the LAN
cable, using a cable cutter (T6), such that there is at least
350mm length of cable available inside the payment
box. Tighten the cable gland using the adjustable
wrench (T9).
Attention: Ensure that the cable glands are tightened,
otherwise liquid or dust may enter and damage the product.

If the payment box is mounted on the stand accessory,
connect the earth wire between the stand and the
payment box.
•
Depending on the routing of the power and LAN cable,
determine whether or not to remove the breakout
section using pliers (T13). If the breakout section is
removed, assemble the edge protection (P3) to protect
the cable(s).
•
Connect the earth wire from the payment box to the
cable cover.
•
Mount the cable cover (P26) back in place using the adjustable wrench (T9).
WARNING: Always ensure that all earth wires are correctly connected. An incorrect connection may lead to dangerous
situations.
