Prepare the meat to be minced by removing bones and cartilage.

Cut the meat into stripes of around 2 x 2 x 6 cm.

Progressively insert the meat in the tray and push it downward using the appropri-
ate tamper.

Once all of the meat has been minced, insert a few crusts of bread in the shredder to
remove the small meat parts left in the appliance.

The use of this accessory allows to prepare delicious sausages and salamis in general,
directly at home.
c1- Prepare the appliance as previously described.
c2- Place the sausage and salamis cone (30) on the re-
fuelling duct (32).
c3- Block everything by fastening the seal (34) (tighten-
ing it with your hands).
c4- Complete the assembly operating as described
from section "b3" to section "b6".
c5- Prepare the meat to be minced and stuffed, togeth-
er with possible spices to add, removing bones and
cartilage.
c6- Cut the meat into stripes of about 2 x 2 x 6cm.
c7- Wet the skin with warm water to give it more flexi-
bility.
c8- Make skin slide on the sausages and salamis cone
(30) leaving 5 cm outside of the cone itself.
c9- Make sure that the switch (24) is in "0" position (Off ).
c10- Connect the power plug to the power socket making sure that the mains voltage
corresponds to the one indicate on the appliance data label.
c11- Start the appliance at minimum speed, then increased it if necessary.
c12- Progressively insert the meat in the refuelling duct (32) and push it downward us-
ing the appropriate tamper (13).
