b3- Slightly rotate the duct
(32) towards the right
and insert it in the motor
unit (1) graft facilitating
the correct coupling.
b4- Turn the channel (32) to
the left until the insertion
tube is vertical.
Make sure that the components are firmly stable; the duct (32) must not
move or disconnect from its position.
b5- Insert the tray (31) in the duct (32).
b6- Place the minced meat collection container under the final part of the refuelling
duct (32).
b7- Make sure that the switch (24) is in "0" position (Off ).
b8- Connect the power plug to the power socket making sure that the mains voltage
corresponds to the one indicate on the appliance data label.
b9- Start the appliance at minimum speed, then increased it if necessary (recommend-
ed speed: "6").
b10- Insert the food to be processed in the tray (31) and press it in the duct (32) with the
appropriate tamper.

Do not insert fingers, tools and metallic objects in the refuelling
duct (32) to press foods. Use only the tamper.
Do not let the appliance work continuously for more than 3
minutes. Alternate functioning periods and breaks of at least 20
minutes.
