Mixer accessory
Use this accessory for flour based mixtures, as, for example, bread and pizza
dough, egg pasta, puff pastry, shortbread, biscuits mixtures, etc.
When using this accessory the usable speeds are those from "2" to "5".
Maximum continuous processing time: 2÷4 minutes.
Use of mode "I" or "II" is suggested.
• Absolutely respect the indicated speeds depending on the

mixture type.
• Absolutely respect the indicated accessories depending on
the mixture type.
• Do not exceed the maximum indicated quantities.
• Do not use the appliance without splash protection cover
(22).
• If the appliance blocks itself immediately turn it off and set
a lower speed.
• If the appliance is blocked at speed "1" turn it off, move the
upper part (16) in high position, remove the mixture until
the appliance can process it.
Replace the upper part (16) in horizontal position and
proceed with the processing.
• During processing add ingredients only after stopping the
appliance and after waiting for the motor to be completely
off.
The appliance is equipped with an additional safety system that
prevents it from working when the upper part (16) is in raised position.
The appliance is operational only with the upper part (16) in
horizontal operativeness position and with the safety cover correctly
placed.
