If used for a single working cycle, the appliance maximum
continuous functioning time must not exceed 2÷6 minutes.
Since the appliance has to work great quantities of food, insert
adequate rest breaks between the functioning cycles.
•
Once the work is over turn off the appliance, turning the switch (24) on "0" and dis-
connecting the plug from the power outlet.
When the work is completed, if you turn the switch (24) on "0"
the inserted accessory will still perform some rotations before
stopping to allow an easy arm (16) lift.
Do not insert fingers before the appliance has stopped.
Advices

•
To get the best whipped cream use both the ingredient and the container when
they're cold.
•
To get more creamy purees use very hot ingredients (for example potatoes just taken
off hot water).
•
To prepare optimal mixtures use ingredients (for example butter, eggs, milk, etc.)
taken off the fridge sufficiently in advance.
•
To add ingredients during functioning, firstly turn off the appliance moving the
switch (24) on "0" (OFF) position and wait the motor to turn off completely.
Before every use check that the splash protection cover (22) is
perfectly intact and doesn't report any cracking or parting.
•
Do not use the appliance if the splash protection cover (22) shows any crack or if it's
broken.
