• the star blade (25) (with the sharp part facing outward)
or biscuit blade (25a).

- If the sharp part of the blade is pointing towards the endless screw the
appliance doesn't work.
- The star blade (25) is very sharp. You could get hurt!
• Position the desired chopping disc or biscuit die (25b) into the pipe (32) aligning
the two teeth on the disc with the seats present in the pipe (32).
b2- Block everything by fastening the seal (34) (tighten it with your hands).
- When the lock-nut (34) has been tightened
correctly, if the biscuit die (25b) has been inserted,
introduce the mould (S) supplied with the desired
form.
