c) Preparing the vehicle for use
If you have not already done so, switch off the vehicle and connect the camera. Switch on the remote control and the
vehicle. The camera will emit a signal (similar to a wireless router).
Go to your smartphone settings and enable Wi-Fi. Go to the list of Wi-Fi networks and search for "CRAZON-xxxxx"
(xxxxx = a combination of numbers/characters). This Wi-Fi is transmitted from the camera and must be connected to
your smartphone.
After connecting to the network, exit the settings and open the app on your smartphone.
You can control the vehicle with the remote control or the app (forwards/reverse/left/right). You can use the
app to choose whether you want to control the vehicle with the remote control or the app.
You do not need to insert your smartphone into the remote control when the vehicle is controlled via the
app.
When you control the vehicle with the remote control, you can insert the smartphone holder into the remote
control.
If you wish to attach the smartphone holder, insert it into the hole on the top of the
remote control and ensure that it clicks into place.
Insert your smartphone in the holder. The upper frame can be pulled out slightly; the
frame features a built-in spring so that it holds the smartphone securely in place. The
smartphone holder also has two rubber strips that stop the smartphone from sliding
out of position.
The smartphone holder can be tilted forwards or backwards.
If you have opened the app and are controlling the vehicle with the remote control,
you can use button (2) on the remote control to take a photo or start a video recording.
