Commissioning

Please note
S Make sure that the operating conditions (see chapter 12) lie within the
permitted ranges.
The product is ready for operation as soon as it is fitted and electrically and
pneumatically connected.
Make sure that a processing valve fitted to the semi−rotary drive can be

switched without hindrance.
Slowly pressurize the semi−rotary drive.

For slow start−up pressurization use
safety start−up valve type HEL−...
Adjust the piston stops of the semi−rotary drive.
S
This setting serves for optimizing the opening or closing reaction of the
connected processing valves.
On the double−acting semi−rotary drive only the end position can be
adjusted by pressurization via connection 2 (A).
On the single−acting semi−rotary drive only the end position can be adjusted
by spring reset.
1. Loosen the locking nuts on both sides of
the DAPS.
On both sides there appears a threaded
rod for setting the piston stop.
2. Turn the threaded rods with a hexagon
wrench until the processing valve
opens or closes correctly.
3. Screw the locking nuts onto the threaded rods again and tighten them.
Tightening torque 5 Nm.
