Make sure there is a supply of correctly

prepared compressed air. The product
requires filtered, lubricated or filtered,
non−lubricated compressed air.
Please note
S Use only non−lubricated compressed air under standard conditions.
The DAPS semi−rotary drive possesses an initial lubrication which suffices for
the complete service life.
Please note
Continuous operation at the limits of the specified ambient temperature and
work frequency can reduce the service life of the semi−rotary drive.
S Use lubricated compressed air for continuous operation under extreme
conditions. The oil must be chemically inert and must not carbonize.
If lubricated compressed air is used:
The initial lubrication will be washed out. The semi−rotary drive may only be
operated with lubricated compressed air.

If the DAPS semi−rotary drive is used in a potentially−explosive atmosphere:
S Please observe the notes and instructoins in the accompanying brief operat
ing instructions for the device.
Exposure to external impact can result in
S
faults. Protect the device from objects
falling down onto it.
