MAINTENANCE AND CARE
BELT LOOSENING
Step 1: Ensure Safety
Turn off the walking pad and disconnect it from the power source for your safety.
Step 2: Locate Adjustment Bolts
Find the adjustment bolts positioned at the rear of the walking pad near the end cap.
Step 3: Adjust the Belt Tension
To tighten the walking pad belt, use an Allen key for the roller bolts adjustment. Gradually turn both the
left and right bolts one-quarter turn to the left (anticlockwise). Alternate between the left and right
bolts to ensure even adjustments.
Step 4: Check Belt Tension
Place your hand under the belt and gently lift it. Avoid over-looseening, which may lead to other issues.
You've achieved the proper tension when the belt lifts approximately 3 to 4 inches above the running deck.
Following these steps will help you correctly adjust the tension of your walking pad belt, ensuring a safe
and efficient workout experience.
BELT ALIGNMENT
Step 1: Ensure Safety
Turn off the walking pad and disconnect the power cord to ensure your safety during the adjustment.
Step 2: Identify the Belt's Shift Direction
Identify whether the belt has shifted to the left or to the right of the running deck. You will mainly need
to work on the roller bolt on the side where the belt has shifted.
Step 3: Locate and Adjust the Bolts
Locate the roller bolts positioned at the rear of the walking pad near the running boards. If the belt has
shifted to the left, focus on the bolt on the left side and turn it in quarter turns to the right. If the belt
has moved to the right, concentrate on the bolt on the right side and turn it in quarter turns to the right.
Manually turn the belt and allow it to rotate a few turns while observing the belt slowly shifting. Contin-
ue turning the bolts in quarter increments and rotating the belt until it returns to the center position.
Step 4: Reconnect and Test
Plug the walking pad back in and set the speed to around 3 km/h. Ensure the belt remains centered, and
verify that all components are operating correctly. Once the belt seems to remain centered, turn off
the walking pad. Verify that the belt is not too loose or tight. You should be able to lift it by approxi-
mately 3 to 4 inches. If the belt is not properly tightened, refer yourself to the tightening / loosening
section of the present guide
By following these steps, you can effectively adjust the walking pad belt's position, maintaining its even wear
and preventing damage. This helps ensure a safe and smoothly running walking pad for your workouts.
DUSTING AND VACUUMING
Here's how to vacuum inside your walking pad cover:
Step 1: Ensure safety
Before you begin, ensure that your walking pad is unplugged from the electrical outlet to avoid any
electrical hazards.
