9. MAINTENANCE, CLEANING AND CARE
•
After the assembl and before using the home trainer, alwa s make sure that all
bolts/nuts are full and correctl tightened.
•
Clean the unit regularl with a slightl damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent.
•
Empt batteries are hazardous waste
throw them awa with normal household trash.
•
Should ou wish to eventuall dispose of the product, ou should remove the batteries
from the computer and dispose of them separatel as hazardous waste.
REPLACING THE BATTERIES:
If the displa becomes dim, cuts out occasionall or if the pulse rate is no longer accuratel
measured, the batteries are in need of replacement.
To do this, open the batter compartment cover on the back of the computer and insert
new batteries.
Two 1.5 V AA batteries are required. Alwa s replace all old batteries with new ones and
alwa s heed correct polarit when inserting new batteries.
