Front fork adjustment (03_06)
IMPORTANT
NO ADJUSTMENTS CAN BE MADE TO
THIS FORK.
•
With the front brake lever en-
gaged, press on the handlebar
repeatedly to make the fork go
down. The movement should be

smooth, and there should be no
traces of oil on the stems.
•
Check the tightness of all com-
ponents, and the proper func-
tioning of the front and rear
suspension articulations.
IMPORTANT
TO CHANGE THE FRONT FORK OIL
AND THE OIL SEALS, CONTACT AN
Official aprilia Dealership.

It is possible to regulate the distance be-
tween the ends of the lever (1) and the
handle (2), by turning the adjuster (3).
The positions MAX and MIN indicate re-
spectively a distance of approximately
4.49 in (114 mm) and 3.78 in (96 mm)

SUR CETTE FOURCHE, AUCUN RÉ-
GLAGE N'EST POSSIBLE.
•
Avec le levier du frein avant ac-
tionné, appuyer à plusieurs re-
prises sur le guidon, en faisant
s'enfoncer la fourche. La course
doit être douce et il ne doit pas
y avoir de traces d'huile sur les
tiges.
•
Contrôler le serrage de tous les
organes et la fonctionnalité des
articulations des suspensions
avant et arrière.

Réglage levier de frein avant

Il est possible de régler la distance entre
l'extrémité du levier (1) et la poignée (2),
en tournant le régulateur (3).
Les crans MAX. et MIN. correspondent à
une distance approximative entre l'extré-
mité du levier et la poignée, respective-
ment de 4.49 in (114 mm) et 3.78 in (96
mm).
