Step 6 – Configure and enable the DUT output accordingly
Step 7 – Turn on the inputs and measure the current:
Press the [Scope/Datalog] key to return the display the to scope view:
– Press the Scope Run key to run the scope. When this key is lit, it indicates that the scope is running.
– Press [List Run/Stop] to trigger the scope measurement.
– Press Input 1 [On] key to start the input sequence and trigger the scope.
You should see the input waveforms displayed as follows:
From the remote interface:
You cannot program the scope from the remote interface.
