DAILY MAINTENANCE _____________________________________________________
1. Park the mower on a flat, level surface. Engage
parking brake, and turn key switch to off position.
2. Grease and lubricate all points if required.
NOTICE
To prevent damage to reel motor, do not over grease
reel bearings. Damage of this nature is not covered by
the factory warranty.
3. To prevent fires, wash the mower after each use.
NOTICE
Battery
Power

NOTICE
Use of salt water or effluent water will encourage rust
and corrosion of metal parts resulting in premature
deterioration or failure. Damage of this nature is not
covered by the factory warranty.
b. Do not use high pressure spray.

Do not spray water directly at electrical
connectors, generator, motors, or controller
d. Do not spray water into the cooling fins or the
engine air intake.
NOTICE
Do not wash a hot or running engine. Use
compressed air to clean the engine.
Battery Power Module:
4. Disconnect power connector and connect battery
pack to charger.

5. Fill fuel tank at the end of each operating day. Do
not fill above the fuel strainer shoulder. Close fuel
valve when unit is not in use.
Use clean, fresh, unleaded gasoline, 86 octane
minimum. Refer to the engine's operator manual for
fuel recommendations when using blended fuel.
Handle fuel with care - it is highly flammable. Use an
approved container. The spout must fit inside the fuel
filler neck. Avoid using cans and funnels to transfer fuel.

WARNING
Never remove the fuel cap from the fuel tank, or add
fuel, when the engine is running or while the engine is
hot.
Do not smoke when handling fuel. Never fill or drain
the fuel tank indoors.
Do not spill fuel and clean spilled fuel immediately.
Never handle or store fuel containers near an open
flame or any device that may create sparks and ignite
the fuel or fuel vapors.
Be sure to reinstall and tighten fuel cap securely.
6. Store fuel according to local, state or federal
ordinances and recommendations from your fuel
supplier.
e. Check the engine oil at the start and end of each
day, before starting the engine. If the oil level is
low, remove the oil filler cap and add oil as
required. Do not overfill.
