AIR BLEEDING THE FUEL
SYSTEM
When filling the fuel tank with fuel
for the first time, or when the engine
has run out of fuel and has stopped
or when the fuel filter has been
cleaned be sure to discharge air from
the fuel system. Air in the fuel piping

makes it difficult to start the engine
and may cause nozzle burn out.
For EDL13000TE:
1. Fill the fuel tank to the top.
Open the fuel filter cock 1.
2. Loosen the fuel filter air vent
plug 2 a few turns.
3. R e t i g h t e n t h e p l u g w h e n
bubbles do not come up any
more.
4. Open the air vent plug on top
of the fuel injection pump.
5. R e t i g h t e n t h e p l u g w h e n
bubbles do not come up any
more.
6. After the above step, recheck
the tightened parts.

onto a hot exhaust manifold
creating a fire hazard.
9 Wipe up any spilled fuel be-
fore starting the engine oth-

For EDL20000TE, EDL26000TE:
1. Fill the fuel tank to the top.
Open the fuel cock 1.

up and down several times.

将油耗尽并已停止时，或清洁滤油器
后，一定要从燃料系统中清除空气。
油管中有空气会使发动机难以启动，
也会将喷嘴烧坏。

首次为燃料箱加油时，当发动机
1. 将油箱加满油后，打开滤油器栓
1。
2. 把滤油器通气口的旋塞 2 拧松几
圈。
3. 不再有气泡出来后，再将旋塞拧
紧。
4. 打开注油泵顶端的通气口塞。
5. 不再有气泡出来后，再将旋塞拧
紧。
6. 上述操作完毕后，再次检查拧紧
的部件。

几次。
6. 不再有气泡出来后，再将旋塞拧
紧。
7. 上述操作完毕后，再次检查拧紧
的部件。
