When engine suddenly stops
2 Low oil pressure
9 Check the oil level.
9 Add oil if necessary.
2 Hot coolant temperature
9 Check for low coolant level, in-
correct fan belt tension,
clogged radiator [screen/fins],
and for other cooling system
trouble.
2 Insufficient charging
9 Check for any problem with
the charging system.
2 Lack of fuel.
9 Check the fuel tank and refill
the fuel, if necessary.
9 Also check the fuel system for
air or leaks.
2 Bad nozzle.
9 If necessary, replace with a
new nozzle.
2 Moving parts are overheated
due to shortage of lubrication oil
or improper lubrication.
9 Check amount of engine oil
with oil level gauge.
9 Check lubricating oil system.
9 The oil filter cartridge should
be replaced every second oil
change.
9 Check to see if engine bear-
ing clearance is within factory
specs.
NOTE:
When the engine has suddenly
stopped, decompress the engine
by the decomp and turn the engine
lightly by pulling on the fan belt. If
the engine turns easily without ab-
nor malities, the cause of the
trouble is usually lack of fuel or a
bad nozzle.

9 检查充电系统是否存在任何问
题。
3 燃油不足
9 检查油箱，需要时注入燃油。
9 检查燃油系统， 看是否混有空气
或有漏油现象。
3 喷嘴不良
9 需要时更换新的喷嘴。
3 由于缺少润滑油或润滑不当使运
动部件过热。
9 用油位计检查发动机的油量。
9 检查润滑油系统。
9 每更换 2 次燃油后，应更换一次
滤油器筒。
9 查看发动机轴承间隙是否符合厂
家所定标准。
注意：
发动机突然停下时，应通过减压
和拉风扇带使发动机轻微转动来降低
发动机的压力。如果发动机简单地启
动而无任何异常情况，则问题的原因
通常是燃油不足或喷嘴不良。
