Flushing and desludging of heating and cooling systems
Check the system for any damage before commissioning.
The intended use within the performance limits must be ensured.
Before any repair work, the device must be disconnected from water pressure or the mains.
Damaged devices must be put out of operation immediately. Have defective or damaged devices
repaired by specialists authorized by the manufacturer. This is in your own interest. You thus prevent
inadequate repairs.
Observe the relevant and binding standards, such as DIN EN 1717; DIN 1988 etc.

1.5 Disclaimer of liability

Use must be carried out exactly as described in this manual. The manufacturer is not liable for any
damage, including consequential damage, that may arise from incorrect installation or incorrect use of
the product.

1.6 Specific safety and work instructions

The SA-2020pro flushing device is only suitable for technical water circuits. Drinking water pipes
must not be flushed with the flushing device.
In accordance with the European standard DIN EN 1717, a RPZ valve must be installed in upstream to
the inlet connection.
If the water pressure on the inlet side is higher than 6 bar, a pressure limiter must be installed
upstream to the flushing device.
The installation of all parts must be carried out in accordance with the country-specific guidelines.
If the flushing device is operated with compressed air, only an oil-free air compressor must be used.
The inlet pressure must not exceed 6 bar for the compressed air either.
