you repeat the cleaning process.

Use

ATTENTION!
The device has overheat protection that prevents reactivation directly after the brew-
ing process for reasons of safety. Therefore, wait a few minutes after the brewing
process for the device to cool down before starting another brewing process.
Do not leave the device unattended so that you can immediately intervene in the
event of malfunctions (e. g. overfl owing etc.).
Caution: Risk of emitted steam! Never open the water tank cover when the device is
in use! Hot steam or hot splash water may escape.
Before start-up, make sure that the water tank cover is closed and the permanent
fi lter as well as the permanent fi lter holder have been correctly inserted so that the
water is able to circulate through the coffee powder / coffee pad without any obst-
ructions.
Do not add any water to the coffee maker once it has been turned on. You could
scald yourself with the sudden emission of steam.
Never use the device with an empty water tank; the pump could be damaged if the
device is operated without water.
Do not overfi ll the permanent fi lter to prevent the fi lter from overfl owing.
Do not overfi ll the water tank to prevent the thermo cup / ceramic cup from overfl ow-
ing! Always fi ll the water tank with an amount of water that the cup located under the
coffee spout is capable of holding!
1. Place the device on a dry, level and heat-resistant base.
2. Open the water tank cover and add some water to the water tank.
3. Place the permanent fi lter holder in the fi lter compartment.
4. Place the permanent fi lter in the permanent fi lter holder.
5. Add a coffee pad or loose coffee grounds to the permanent fi lter.
Vary the number of coffee pads or amount of coffee grounds to suit your taste and
the size of the coffee cup. We recommend using two coffee pads or one heaping
coffee spoon per ceramic cup or thermo cup.
