The feet play a crucial role when
training on the cross trainer because
the movement recreates the natural
gait of a human being. The feet should
always be positioned right at the front
or right at the back on the pedals. Un-
like with a normal gait, the surface of
the foot should always remain fully in
contact with the pedals. The heels can
be raised up slightly, but you should
not train on the balls of your feet or
toes.

Cleaning and Storage

PLEASE NOTE!
Do not use any caustic or abrasive
cleaning agents or pads to clean the
training device. These may damage
the surfaces.
Only clean the training device with a
damp, soft cloth and mild detergent if
necessary. Then dry all parts with a
dry, soft cloth.

Store the training device away in a
clean, dry, frost-free place which is
protected from direct sunlight and
is out of the reach of children and
animals.

Disposal

Dispose of the packaging material
in an environmentally friendly man-
ner so that it can be recycled.
Batteries should be removed from
the training computer prior to dis-
posal of the device and disposed
of separately at a suitable collec-
tion point.
The device is governed by the
European Directive 2012/19/EU
on waste electrical and electron-
ic equipment (WEEE). Do not
dispose of the device battery as
normal domestic waste, but rather
in an environmentally friendly man-
ner via an offi cially approved waste
disposal company.
