WARNING – Danger of Burns
From Battery Acid!
■ Batteries can be deadly if swallowed.
Batteries should be kept out of the
reach of children and animals. If a bat-
tery is swallowed, immediate medical
attention must be sought.
■ If a battery leaks, do not allow your
skin, eyes and mucous membranes
to come into contact with the battery
acid. Wear protective gloves if neces-
sary. If you touch battery acid, rinse
the aff ected areas with abundant clear
water straight away and seek medical
assistance immediately.
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to
Material and Property
■ Do not expose the training device to
extreme temperatures, strong temper-
ature fl uctuations, persistent moisture
or wet conditions, direct sunlight or
impacts.
■ Make sure that the pedal rails are fi tted
correctly on the crank handles. If they
are not attached correctly, the pedal
rails and the crank handles may be
damaged.
Assembling the Training

■ To protect delicate fl oor coverings,
spread out a fi lm or blanket before the
components are removed from the
box and during set-up and training.
Read through the assembly instruc-
tions carefully before assembling the
training device. The sequence of work-
ing steps described must be followed
exactly.
Assembly must be carried out by two
people!

In the blister:
• 2 x Allen bolt (M16*54mm)
• 2 x Allen bolt (M8*P1.25*20L)
• 6 x Allen bolt (M8*P1.25*40mm)
• 4 x carriage bolt (M8*P1.25*40mm)
• 2 x spring washer (Ø8*2t)
• 10 x nut, self-locking (M8)
• 12 x regular washer, fl at (Ø8*Ø16)
• 1 x spanner (13 – 15)
• 1 x spanner (17 – 19)
• 1 x multifunctional tool (spanner with
cross-head screwdriver)
• 2 x Allen key (5 mm)
In the polybag:
