The self-test is performed after switching on the mains voltage, after each mo-
tor run
(approx. 15 sec.), after every emergency stop and in stand-by-mode every 3
hours. The error LED flickers and a relay picks up briefly. However, the control
is functional.
°If the thyristors or relays are defective, a short motor run (<0.5 s) may occur.
°If an error occurs during the test, it is displayed via the error LEDs.
°1 x flashing: Watchdog error
Replace the control unit
°2 x flashing: Current measurement error
Replace the control unit
°3 x flashing: Error safety input 1 or 2
Check connection of light barriers, contact strips and wire bridges
Replace the control unit
°4 x flashing: Thyristor error
Replace the control unit
°5 x flashing: Error relay
Replace the control unit
°6 x flashing: Error of stored force values
Reset control and teach-in force values again
°1 x flicker + LED on: Error RAM
Replace the control unit
°2 x flickering + LED on: Error ROM
Replace the control unit
°LED on permanently: force cut-off, check door operation for obstacles or stiff-
ness, check motor connection, motor defective.
