9.0 WARRANTY

Ecomasa World Investments warrants the product, excluding items that have not worked in a normally.
The warranty period is 2 years from the purchase date. Warranty document must specify the seller name as
well as the date of product purchase. Warranty certificate must be filled in within 8 days after the purchase
and its installation must be carried out by an authorized installer and respecting existing norms and standards
for each country.
By warranty is understood the replacement or repair of parts defective at the time of leaving the factory.
Limits
Malfunction of electronic parts, fans where the warranty is one year from the purchase date and other
described conditions here described, are not included in the warranty.
The following parts are not included in the warranty: joints, glass and parts of fireplace.
The replaced or repaired parts are included in the total warranty of the stove; they do not have a separate
warranty.
Exclusions
The colour variations of painted and ceramic parts are considered a natural variation of the passage of time, which
are not included in the warranty.
The warranty is not valid for the damages caused by the movement of the product, lack of attention, maintenance,
cleaning, improper use, installation defects, and all the defects resulting from the non-compliance of the manual of
installation procedures, written following existing normat
THE MANUFACTURER DECLINES ALL RESPONSIBILITY IN CASE OF DAMAGE TO
PERSONS, ANIMALS OR OBJECTS CAUSED BY NOT RESPECTING THE GENERAL RULES OF
SAFETY DESCRIBED IN THIS USE, CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE.
