• The use of the stove should be done by an adult and responsible person, and with the expertise needed for the regular
management of their components both mechanical and electrical. Make sure that children will not get close to the stove when it
is turned on.
• The manufacturer declines any contractual responsibility regarding damage to persons, animals or things resulting from
errors of installation, adjustment, maintenance or improper use of the product.
• Once removed the packing, make sure that you have been provided with all of the content. If there are parts missing one
must contact the distributor where the product was purchased.
• All the components that make up the product have been manufactured to ensure and guarantee a smooth operation of the
stove. Consequently, if necessary these components must be replaced by original spare parts and exclusively supplied by an
authorized technical assistance center (Subject to risk of losing the warranty if you do not adhere to this point.)
• With the aim of preserving the functionality and security of the product, it must be carried out regular maintenance tasks.
The general maintenance (by user) should be carried out depending on the consumption (we advise you generally do this
after a use of + /- 2000 kg of good quality pellets). In any case, a minimal maintenance of once a year is advisable. The
maintenance must be programmed together with the technical assistance services, which shall issue a receipt after
performing the task (Subject to risk of losing the warranty if you do not respect this point).
For your security remember:

It is completely forbidden to install the product in bathrooms, laundries or similar. We recommend you not to touch

the stove if you are barefoot or with parts of the body damp or wet. Make sure that the stove is connected to the
electrical power from earth electrode and that you have a differential working

• Not to pull, delete, or twist the wires from the electrical stove even though they are disconnected from the electricity.
Avoid blocking or reducing the air inlets. Good ventilation is essential for good combustion.

Do not leave items of packaging at the reach of children or persons who are not responsible.

During the normal operation of the product, the access door to the fire should always be closed.

Avoid direct contact of all parts of the stove during operation, since they can be very hot.

• Check for the presence of obstruction before turning on the appliance and after a long period of inactivity (see
chapter 4)
The stove has been built to run in any weather condition (even in extreme conditions). In the case that weather

conditions are really difficult (very strong wind or ice), automatically a security system will make the oven turn off.
If this happens, please contact the technical support service. Do not under any circumstance deactivate the security
•
system (for example, by disconnecting the power supply, it would nullify all the security measures.)
• In case of fire in the smoke output, use fire extinguishers in order to put down the fire and ask fire-fighters for help
(emergency number 112)
