Delivery

► Check the delivery for transport damage and compare the delivery with your order.
► Check the delivery to make sure it is complete.
► In the event of complaints inform the manufacturer without delay and in the case
of transport damage also inform the carrier in writing.

Storage

► Make sure that the knife guard is mounted.
► Store the hedge trimmer in a dry and clean location.
► Take measures to prevent the hydraulic system from becoming contaminated.
Close the hydraulic connections of the hydraulic motor and the hydraulic hoses
with the caps provided.
► To prevent the danger of injuries, make sure that the hedge trimmer cannot tip or
fall during storage. Secure the hedge trimmer by means of a suitable stand or
support.
► Place all hydraulic hoses over the hedge trimmer to prevent the danger of tripping.
► Clean the hedge trimmer thoroughly prior to storage. Dirt attracts moisture, which
can promote the formation of rust.
► Repair any damage to the paint.
► After cleaning and before storing the hedge trimmer, lubricate the grease points in
accordance with the information on the lubrication sticker. Also observe the
lubrication instructions of the manufacturer of the carrier vehicle or implement
carrier.
► Clean and grease the connection to the carrier vehicle or implement carrier.
