Layout and function

The hedge trimmer consists essentially of a profiled, stationary bar that is equipped
with guards. These guards contain the knife that is driven by the Pro-drive knife drive
(planetary drive) and a hydraulic motor.
The hedge trimmer is attached to the carrier vehicle or implement carrier by means of
a mechanical and hydraulic connection with suitable technology (quick-connect
threaded or plug-in connection), which must be manufactured by the manufacturer of
the carrier vehicle or implement carrier in conformity with CE and the state of the art.
The knife guard is mounted on the hedge trimmer by means of tension springs.
