Operation

► Make sure that all connections are mounted and secured in accordance with the
manufacturer's specifications.
► Make sure that the hedge trimmer and carrier vehicle or implement carrier are in
perfect working order. Do not operate the machine if any part is loose, damaged
or missing.
► Check the mechanical and hydraulic connections, the hydraulic hoses and the
transport equipment, such as lights, warning and safety devices, to ensure they
are properly connected and functioning.
► Remove or retract the supports.
► Check the hedge trimmer at the connection to the carrier vehicle or implement
carrier to ensure they are functioning properly.
► Refer to the operating manual of the manufacturer of the carrier vehicle or
implement carrier for all information specific to the machine.
► Also observe all applicable operating instructions.
Note
When operating the hedge trimmer for the first time, check the tightening torques of all
bolts after 10 minutes.

Dismantling

► Dismantle the hedge trimmer at a safe location on a solid and level surface.
► Refer to the operating manual of the respective manufacturer for further
information.
