Provided with each Tandberg SLR tape drive kit and solution, the
Tandberg Tape Drive Utility Disk/Resource CD offers the following
utilities:
- Tandberg Tape Drive Optimizer
This utility is used for tuning the SLR performance on SLR24 and
SLR50 only.
SLR7, SLR40, SLR60, SLR75, SLR100 and SLR140 have an
"Auto-sensing" transfer rate and will automatically adjust to optimize
performance on most systems.
A Dos, Windows 95/98 (Second Edition included) and Windows NT
version is included.
- FlashIt
This utility is used for updating the SLR firmware.
A Dos, Windows 95/98 (Second Edition included) and Windows NT
version is included. For SLR7, 40, SLR60, SLR75, SLR100, SLR140,
an updated version is available on the Tandberg WEB at
www.tandberg.com.
- Tandberg Tape Drive Viewer
This utility gives detailed information on the SLR configuration.
A Windows 95/98(Second Edition Included) and Windows NT
version is included.
