Commissioning the cascade

If the switch-off threshold is not reached, the most recently acti-
vated station is shut down. The stations that are still active continue
to control the domestic hot water setpoint temperature TWWset. The
switch-off threshold corresponds to the speed of the primary pump
and can be adjusted via KAS06 SWITCH-OFF POINT CAS.. A defined time
KAS03 TIME LAG STATION must be undershot in relation to this
threshold.
The switch-off threshold should always be greater
than the minimum speed of the primary pump STE03
MIN SPEED PRIM. PUMP
For each station in the cascade, STN 1 ... 5 for short, a 4-digit status
is displayed in the master STN1 ... 5 STATUS STATION CAS..
Digit 1= sequential number of
the station
Digits 2...4 = Information about
the current status of the respec-
tive station
If a station is to be used in a cascade, the value KAS01 OPERATING
MODE STATION needs to be set.

0: Standalone

1: Slave (subordinate station in the cascade)

2: Master (main controller in the cascade)
One device in the cascade must be set to 2. The
other devices are set to 1.
