After Conventional And Steam Ironing - Euroflex BT 3000 M Mode D'emploi

With a light pressure and by keeping the steam jet button pressed, the steam and the suction
functions become activated. By releasing the button these functions are deactivated.
Thanks to the steam, it is possible to iron and refresh hanging cloths/garments too (e.g.
curtains) by holding the iron vertically. In case of delicate, synthetics or velvet fabrics we
recommend you keep the iron at a distance of a few centimetres from the cloth/garment. Non-
delicate cotton or linen garments may be ironed by placing the iron directly on the fabric.
Pullovers and wool garments will swell with steam. However we recommend that you do not
place the iron directly on the fabric. In this way it is possible to iron many delicate fibres.
Recommendation: good ironing results can be achieved when garments are „fixed". Iron
Steam iron towards the left and iron without steam (release the steam button) towards
the right .
In this way, your trousers will be perfectly creased and fabrics particularly smooth (as if they
were starched).

After conventional and steam ironing

Leave the appliance on for 5 – 10 more minutes. The ironing board heating system will ensure
that any humidity inside the board dries up. Disconnect the appliance by pressing the switch
E (see photograph at page 10) and remove the plug from the electrical outlet. Rewind the
cable. Leave the iron to cool a few more minutes.
The water left over in the boiler may be used for the next ironing session.
