5. Fuses
The electrical part off the JMB is protected by different fuses.
These fuses are mounted in the electric box which is mounted against the burner.
The fuse for the sparking plug is mounted on the left side and is accessible by opening the cover.
8. High pressure hose with spray gun
The high pressure hose is coupled rotated on the spray gun.
Also assemble (tighten) the lance to the spray gun.
Because of that you obtain a high degree of free movement during the spraying activities.
Check regularly, during spraying activities, whether the lance coupling is still fixed to the spray gun.
Spray gun
Do not spray: release the lever in the handle.
Spraying: push the lever in the handle.
Spray security: release the blocking pawl in the handle.
The machine is standard equipped with a single lance.
When changing the spraying tool, always turn off the cleaner first!
7. Control cap
The control cap consists of PE and could be opened/closed easily by means of a lock (right below).
Keep the cover cap closed when starting the spraying activities (when engine is working).
Pay attention: make sure that the cap closes properly in the closing mechanism before you drive on the road with
the JMB-S.
8. Throttle lever
The throttle lever is carried out as a slide valve. This lever has variable positions where you can set the number of
revolutions and therefore also the working pressure:
- Lever to the left : less revolutions and working pressure.
- Lever to the right : more revolutions and working pressure.
- Lever to the middle (option): engine speed for 'steam function' if activated by the
'steam function' valve.
For info: the throttle lever is included at every standard configuration unless you have the
option automatic speed control!
9. Working light / flashing beacon (option)
The working light is mounted on the side of the operating part of the trailer, the flashing beacon is mounted on
top of the protective cap.
Both lights can be turned on / off via the control panel display.
Note: do not turn on the working light / flashing light while driving on public roads!
