23. Option steam function / WeedKiLLER function
Use the special 'steam' lance when you work in 'steam' mode (see picture below left)!
Use the special 'WeedKiLLER' lance when you work in 'WeedKiLLER' mode (see picture below right)!
Make sure that the valve is set to 'steam mode' or 'WeedKiLLER' mode and the throttle lever is also put into posi-
tion 'steam mode / WeedKiLLER mode' when you work with high temperatures!
Mount the lances to the screw couplings.
Steam / WeedKiLLER (weed control) valve
The 'steam control' function is a function that allows to control pollution using a hot water principle.
The 'weed control' function is a function that allows to prevent growth of weeds and/or moss growth using a hot
water principle. This valve is located at the control compartment against the frame at right side.
Valve horizontally: pressure washing activated (see symbol underneath - use the appropriate lance).
Valve vertically: ' steam control / WeedKiLLER (weed control) ' function activated (see symbol underneath - use the
appropriate lance).
Please pay attention to the hot surface of the swivel connection of the reel at operating this valve.

24. Option filling pump (WeedKiLLER- S (+) )
The filling pump is used for pumping the water from the external tank to the JMB-S water tank.
There is a float protection in the water tank thus to prevent that the filling pump continues to pump water (over-
flow protection) from the external tank to the JMB-S water tank.
The filling pump can run dry without any damage. It will, however, reduce unnecessary battery power.
The filling pump can be switched on/off through the display. See also added manual of the filling pump.
The filling pump can work approx. 15 minutes after the engine has been stopped.
Use the pump only with clear water! The overflow protection of the water tank ensures that the pump will stop
automatically when the tank is filled with water.
