• Phone security: Here you can switch the Phone lock on and off. When
the lock is switched on, you must enter the lock code 1122 after switch-
ing on the phone in order to enable it. You can also select Change pass-
word. Follow the instructions shown on the display.
• Auto keypad lock: Here you can deactivate the automatic keypad lock
(Off) or activate it and set after what period of time it should automati-
cally be activated. To cancel the keypad lock, press in quick succession
the key and then the * key (see the "Basic Functions" chapter, "Activating
and Deactivating the Keypad Lock").

Restoring Factory Settings

1. Call up Menu  Settings (key 5)  Restore factory settings (key 4).
2. Now enter the phone locking code (the preset phone locking code is
1122) and confirm this with the key to restore the factory settings of
the phone. The settings which you have made are discarded and the phone
is switched off and then switched on again.

Torch Function

You can also use your mobile phone as a torch.
cAUTION!
❐ Never aim the light from the torch directly at people or animals.
1. Slide the switch (4) on the right-hand side of the phone up to switch on
the light.
2. Slide the switch down to switch the light off.

Pocket calculator

On the menu Extra  Calculator (key 1) you will find a pocket calculator
function which includes four basic calculating operations (addition, subtrac-
tion, multiplication and division).
1. Enter a number. You can use the # key to insert a decimal point. With the
key you can delete the last number in each case.
