Activating and Deactivating the Speed Dial Function

1. Call up the phonebook by using the
to select Menu  Phonebook (key 2).
2. Open Option  Phonebook settings (key 8)  Status (key 1).
3. Select On to activate the speed dial function or Off to deactivate it.

• If the speed dial function is activated and you want to initiate a call using a
speed dial key, simply press the corresponding key for at least two sec-
onds, and the call will be made automatically.

Mobile Mailbox (Voice Mail System)

Key 1 is reserved for the number of the voice mail system (mobile mailbox).

your mobile service provider.

Setting Up the Mobile Mailbox

1. Hold down key 1 for approx. two seconds on the start screen.
2. Confirm the question about the voice mail number with the key.
3. Use the arrow key to go down to the next input field and enter the
number for your mobile mailbox (specified by the mobile service provider)
and confirm the entry with the key.

Listening To the Mobile Mailbox

• Once you have set up the mobile mailbox (see the "Setting Up the Mobile
Mailbox" section), press the 1 key for approx. two seconds on the start
screen. A connection to the mobile mailbox will then be established auto-
matically and you can listen to it.

Switching Off the Mobile Mailbox

If you want to switch off the voice mail system, follow the instructions issued
by the mobile service provider or deactivate call divert on your phone:
1. Call up Menu  Call center  Call settings  SIM call settings 
Call divert.
2. On the list, select Cancel all diverts.
