Setting the Ringtone and Keytones

On the User profiles menu, you have the option of activating four profiles
(General, Meeting, Outdoor and My style). These profiles were preset in
the factory (the Meeting profile, for example, features quiet tones and the
Outdoor profile features a loud ringtone). However, you can change them as
you wish.
1. Open with the key Menu  User profiles (key 6).
2. A list containing the available profiles will appear (Silent profile, see the
"Silent Mode" section). A small heart appears next to the profile which is
currently active.
Use the arrow key to select a profile and confirm this with the key.
3. You can now Activate or Customize the chosen profile or Reset it to
the default settings.
4. If you choose Customize, you can make the following settings with the
arrow keys:
– Alert type (for incoming calls): Ring only / Vib. only / Vib. and ring /
Vib. then ring
– Ring type : melody Repeat / volume Ascending / Beep once (do not
repeat melody)
– Incoming call (melody): To change the ringtone, press the key and call
up Change. Choose a ringtone from the list.
– Ringtone vol. (volume of the ringtone): You can use the
to change the volume of the ringtone.
– Message (melody when SMS is received): To change the tone, press the
key and call up Change. Choose a tone from the list.
– Message vol. (volume of the message melody): You can use the
row keys to change the volume.
– Keypad (tone when the keys are pressed): To change the tone, press
the key and call up Change. Choose between: Click, Tone or Human
voice tone (voice function).
– Keytone vol. (volume of the keytone): You can use the
to change the volume.
– Power on (melody when the phone is switched on): To change the tone,
press the key and call up Change. Choose a tone or Silent from the
list.
