Attention!
Do not spray any lubricants into the OneSystem Security Lock 309N / 319N:
Do not lubricate the inside of the lock under any circumstances.
The OneSystem Security Lock 309N / 319N is maintenance-free. Apply a fine film of
silicon grease to the latch bolt sliding surface if necessary.
An emergency exit door must be checked for safe function at least once per
month. In particular:
· Inspect and operate all functions of the lock and make sure that all parts of the
lock (electric bolt and striking plate) function safely.
· All parts of the lock must be clean to prevent blockage.
· No subsequent changes may be made to a fire door and no additional locking
mechanisms may be added.
· Check whether all components of the system still correspond to the list of ap-
proved components originally supplied with the system.
· Check whether all operating elements are safely mounted.
· Measure the actuating forces for releasing the escape door lock with a dy-
namometer and log the results.
Check that the actuating forces for releasing the escape door lock have not
changed significantly since the first installation.
Warranty
The statutory warranty periods and Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery of
ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH apply (www.assaabloy.de).
Disposal
Dispose of lock in accordance with the EPD (Environmental Product Declaration).
Packaging materials must be recycled.
The lock can be recycled as scrap metal. Dispose of the lock with metal waste.
The applicable environmental protection regulations must be observed.
