Only service and maintain the mechatronic VERSO CLIQ locking
cylinder with the VERSO CLIQ care spray intended for this purpose:
Using an unapproved care spray can damage the electrical components
and cause functional failure of the locking cylinder. The care spray should
be applied every 5,000 locking cycles and at least every 6 months. Shake
the spray before use and spray briefly into the locking cylinder.

Exchange the battery within 30 seconds: Stored data is only retained
for 30 seconds. A new battery must be inserted within this time period.
Do not damage or bend the battery contacts.
It is recommended that the battery is exchanged after 30,000 openings
or within 3 years. The battery warning must be observed.
1 Lift the battery cover by pushing the tab upwards from the opposite
side.
2 Remove the battery cover.
3 Observe the polarity of the battery and insert a new CR2025 battery
(Article Number VB02).
4 Replace the battery cover by inserting the "nose" of the battery cover
into the recess of the battery compartment.
5 Press the battery cover downwards until it latches in.
