Do not apply lubricants in the eCLIQ locking cylinder: The eCLIQ elec-
tronic locking cylinder may not be greased or filled with other substances.

Warranty

The statutory warranty period applies. If the product is defective, please
contact our sales partner in your respective country.
The warranty becomes void if the product has been opened. Exceptions:
∙ Keys may only be opened for the insertion and changing of batteries
(page 128 ff.).
∙ The cylinder length may only be adjusted for a modular system accord-
ing to the respective instructions.
The warranty does not apply if accessory parts other than those specified
in this manual are used. Damage resulting from normal wear, overloading
or incorrect handling is not covered under the warranty.
The following documents must be sent in together with the product
when making a warranty claim:
∙ A copy of the invoice with date of purchase.
∙ A description of the fault or reason for complaint.
