On doors at risk of break-in: When installed on doors at risk of intrusion,
the profile cylinder must be protected with a VdS-approved class B or C
intrusion-resistant door escutcheon (with pull-out protection. Such door
escutcheons correspond to DIN 18257 Class ES 2 (-ZA) and/or ES 3 (-ZA),
and/or DIN EN 1906 Protection Rating 3 and 4 (see table).
Particular care should be taken when managing a locking system:

Particular attention must be paid to the correct assignment of persons to
the keys distributed. Lost keys must be electronically blocked immediate-
ly or the mechanical cylinder in question replaced.
