CHECKS BEFORE RIDING

It is a god idea to get used to making
a quick inspection of the vehicle before
riding it.
This daily inspection, as well as being
essential for safety, may also prevent
damage to the vehicle.
If you fi nd any anomalies, contact a
Benelli assistance service as soon as
possible.

ENGINE OIL CHECKS

While the engine is cold, keep the vehi-
cle upright .
Take out the dipstick by turning it anti-
clockwise.
Make sure that the oil level is between
the maximum and minimum as shown in
the fi gure.
MAX
MIN
If the level is near to the minimum, top
up the oil until it reaches the level shown
here below. We recommend using Petro-
nas Power Speed 4T oil
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Take care against burns and scalds dur-
ing this check.
• Never exceed the maximum level.
Too much oil can cause malfunctions
and damage to the engine.
• The oil level reading will be incorrect
if the vehicle is parked on an uneven
surface or if the engine is hot.
• The owner is responsible for making
regular checks o the engine oil and
for topping up as needed. Normal oil
consumption will lead to a lack of oil
in the engine, even if services are
carried out regularly.
