CLUTCH BACKLASH
MENT
The clutch lever backlash needs to be
10-0-15.0 mm as shown in the fi gure.
10.0÷-15.0 mm
Check the clutch lever backlash regu-
larly and adjust as necessary.

ADJUST-
1) Loosen the clutch ring nut "A" and the
clutch screw "C" on the cable, at the
same time.
2) To increase clutch lever backlash,
turn the clutch screw "C" clockwise
(seen from sitting on the bike).
To reduce the clutch lever backlash,
turn the clutch screw "C" anticlock-
wise (seen from sitting on the bike).
3) After adjusting, tighten the clutch ring
nut "A".

Since the spark plug replacement and
check may be diffi cult for an operator
with little experience, we recommend
contacting an authorised Benelli work-
shop.
