Controls & Displays
Keep in mind the following
when using the remote control
unit:
• Make sure that there are no obstacles between
the remote and the remote sensor on the unit.
• Use within the operating range and angle, as
shown in the diagram right.
• Remote operation may become unreliable if
strong sunlight or fluorescent light is shining
on the unit's remote sensor.
• Remote controllers for different devices can
interfere with each other. Avoid using remotes
for other equipment located close to this unit.
• Replace the batteries when you notice a fall off
in the operating range of the remote.

1 CD status display.
When no CD is in the tray an empty circle will
light in the display. When a CD is inserted in
the tray but not playing the display will light. If
it's playing the display will light and turn.
2 This displays lights when timer recording is
set and blinks when timer recording is active.
3 This stereo lights when receiving a stereo
broadcast.
4 The wakeup timer indicator lights when it's set
and blinks during the actual operating.
5 This displays lights when the remote control
MONO button is pushed.
6 This indicator lights when receiving any FM or
AM broadcast signal.

1 Affichage d'état de CD
Si aucun CD ne se trouve sur le plateau, un
cercle vide s'allume sur l' afficheur. Si un CD est
placé sur le plateau mais n'est pas reproduit, cet
affichage s'allume. Si le disque est en cours de
lecture, l'affichage s'allume et tourne.
2 Il s'allume quand l'enregistrement par minuterie
est programmé et il clignote quand il s'accomplit.
3 Ce voyant Stéréo s'allume à la réception
d'une émission stéréo.
4 Il s'allume quand la minuterie de réveil est
programmée et il clignote pendant le
fonctionnement proprement dit.
5 Il s'allume quand la touche MONO de la
télécommande est actionnée.
6 Il s'allume à la réception du signal d'une
émission FM ou AM.
• Assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas d'obstacle entre
la télécommande et le capteur sur l'appareil.
• Utilisez la télécommande dans la plage et
l'angle indiqués sur le schéma ci-dessus.
• La télécommande risque de ne pas bien
fonctionner si le capteur de l'appareil est
exposé au soleil ou à une lampe fluorescente.
• Les télécommandes de divers appareils
peuvent créer des interférences. Evitez
d'utiliser d'autres télécommandes près de cet
appareil.
• Remplacez la pile si vous notez une réduction
notable de la portée de la télécommande.
