7.10 Electrical connections
Before starting any operations, make sure that the
general supply line is disconnected
Electrical connections to the control panels must be
carried out by specialised personnel according to the
diagram supplied. Make sure that the voltage and
frequency values reported on the nameplate match those
of the connection power line.
DO NOT directly connect the appliance on power lines
that are not protected against voltage fluctuations.
For the connection, use cables with a cross-section
suitable for the power used and compliant with the local
standards.
Their size must anyway be such as to cause a voltage drop
during start-up lower than the nominal one by 3%. Secure cables
to supports so that stresses are not transmitted to sections.

• For the general power supply of the heat pump it is not allowed to use
adapters, multiple sockets and/or extensions.
• If any part is to be replaced (including the power supply cable), use
only original spare parts supplied by the manufacturer.
• The installer must perform the assembly as close as possible to the
unit of the power supply disconnecting switch and protect electrical
parts as necessary.
• Connect the unit to an earthed outlet using the supply cable.
• It is forbidden to use hydraulic system, heating or gas pipes to connect
the appliance to the earth system.
• The appliance's manufacturer cannot be held liable for any damage
caused by the lack of an earth system or for power supply anomalies.
• To disconnect the appliance from the mains, use a bipolar 10A switch
complying with the current CEI-EN standards, and protect it with a
30mA differential switch (see the figure). It is recommended to observe
the order of the connections (phase-neutral) indicated in the wiring
diagram of para. 0. It is recommended to position the switch and
any electrical connection at a height greater than 1.4 m to prevent
accidental contact with water splashes.
