Inbetriebnahme
1. Anbau an die
Dreipunkthydraulik des Schleppers
auf nicht tragfähigem, unsicherem
Untergrund grundsätzlich nur im
ausgeklappten Zustand des
Gerätes.
2. Hydraulikleitung des Zetters
mittels Schnellkupplung sowie
Elektrostecker am Schlepper
anschließen.
3. Zum Einklappen der
Maschinenausleger Hydraulikventil
betätigen. Ein- und Ausklappen
der Ausleger nur bei
Geradeausfahrtstellung des
Zetters. Vor jedem Einklappen
immer zuerst Zapfwelle
ausschalten! Die Ausleger werden
hydraulisch eingeklappt und
automatisch durch Sperrhaken für
den Straßentransport gesichert.
Für niedrige Tordurchfahrten
klappbare Zinkenträger und
äußere Schutzbügel einklappen.
Eingeklappte Zinkenträger mit
Gummischlaufe sichern. Vor
Arbeitsbeginn Zinkenträger und
Schutzbügel wieder in
Arbeitsstellung ausklappen und
festschrauben bzw. sichern.
4. Ausklappen der
Maschinenausleger
Seil ziehen und gespannt halten,
gleichzeitig Steuerventil der
Schlepperhydraulik langsam auf
SENKEN stellen.
Achtung:
Gerät langsam absenken.
Hydraulik am Schlepper vorsichtig
schalten und allmählich absenken.
Hydraulikanlage, Schlauchführung
sowie Dichtigkeit prüfen.
Adjustments
Setting to work
1. When coupling the machine to
the tractor three-point linkage on a
soft ground, the implement must
before be swung out to operational
configuration as a rule.
2. Connect the hydraulic piping of
the tedder to the tractor quick-
action coupling. Couple the electro-
plug of the tedder to the tractor.
3. Raising the lateral machine
elements, actuate the hydraulic
valve of the tractor. Rotors may
only be unfolded or raised with the
running wheels in straight position.
Before raising the lateral rotors to
transport position always switch off
the tractor p.t.o. The lateral rotors
are folded using hydraulic power
and secured automatically for road
transport by means of safety
hooks. Before negotiating low-
height doorways fold in the
foldable tine bars and the outer
safety frames. Secure the folded
tine bars using the provided rubber
loop. Before starting work unfold
tine bars and safety frames to
working position and secure them
with the provided bolts and locking
devices.
4. Swinging jib arms out
Pull the rope and keep it taut while
setting the control lever of the
tractor hydraulics to LOWERING.
Caution:
The implement has to be lowered
slowly. Operate the tractor
hydraulic system as well as the
disposition and tightness of the
hoses.

Mise en service
1. Le montage au 3-points doit se
faire en position dépliée, lorsque le
sol n'est pas stable.
2. Brancher la prise d'huile sur le
circuit hydraulique du tracteur.
Relier le fiche électrique à le
tracteur.
3. Règlage des toupies. Actionner
le distributeur hydraulique
respectif du tracteur. Mettre les
roues en position rectiligne avant
de déplier ou replier les toupies.
Avant chaque manoeuvre de
repliage debrayer la prise de
mouvement. Les toupies latérales
sont repliées hydrauliquement et
verrouillées automatiquement par
le cyochet de sécurité en vue du
transport sur route. Avant de
passer par une porte cochère de
faible hauteur, rabattre les bras
porte-dents repliables et les
protecteurs extèrieurs. Fixer les
bras porte-dents repliés à l'aide de
l'anse en caoutchouc. Avant de
commencer le travail, déplier en
position de trail les bras porte-
dents et les protecteurs et les
assurer à l'aide des vis et
dispositifs d'arrêts prévus à cet
effet.
4. Déploiement des bras-leviers
Tirer sur la corde, la maintenir
tendue et en même temps placer
la manette de commande de
relevage du tracteur sur
DESCENTE.
Attention:
Toujours abaisser l'outil lentement.
Agir avec précaution sur le
systéme hydraulique du tracteur
afin d'éviter une descente trop
rapide.
Vérifier le système hydraulique
aqinsi que la disposition et
l'étanchéité des flexibles
hydrauliques.
