Montage der Zinkenträger
(Bild 7 + 8)
Vormontierte Zinkenträger A an
der Nabe B festschrauben
(Sechskantschrauben M 12x45
und 12x35; Sicherungsmutter M
12).
Achtung!
Drehrichtung der Kreisel beachten!
Siehe Skizze!
Nach der Montage der
Zinkenträger überprüfen, ob die
Zinkenträger der inneren und
äußeren Kreisel genau auf Lücke
stehen.
Zinkenverstelleinrichtung
Nach Lösen der
Befestigungsschrauben sind die
Zinken durch Umdrehen/Umsetzen
der jeweils am Zinkenträger
anliegenden Zinkenhal-
ter C um 180° aus ihrer 8°-
Stellung (Serieneinstellung) auf
eine 2°-Stellung (Zinken stehen
steiler, für härteren Futterangriff)
umstellbar.

Installing the rotor arms

(Fig. 7 + 8)
Bolt the pre-assembled rotor arm
A on to hub B using M 12x45 and
12x35 hex. head bolts and M 12
locknuts for each arm.
Caution!
Take notice of the sense of
rotation of the rotors. See the
sketch below.
After the installation of the rotor
arms check that the arms of the
inner and outer rotors are perfectly
aligned to each other.
Tine adjustment device
The tine angle can be changed
from the standard value (8
degrees) to 2 degrees (steeper
position of tines for more grip on
the forage crop). To do this,
release the securing bolts and turn
the tine supports C on the tine
arms through 180 degrees.

Fixer les bras porte-peignes A sur
le rotor B ( boulons M 12x45 et
12x35et écrou de sécurité M 12).
Attention!
Vérifier le sens de rotation des
toupies! Voire croquis!
Aprés le montage des porte-
peignes vérifier si les peignes se
croisent correctement.
Dispositif de réglage des dents
L'angle des fourches peut être
variée de 8° (réglage départ usine)
à 2° (position plus escarpée et de
fait plus "accrochante" des
fourches). Pour ce faire, tourner
de 180° les supports fixes C sur
les bras de fourches, après avoir
desserré les vis de fixation.
