Introduce the other endings of the ties into the crane hook.
n
Sling, lift and transport the components only if they are completely unloaded, and do not put
any tools or other materials on them.
n
Sling the components by using the proper eyebolts.
n
Tighten the ropes slowly, making sure that they are not on or entangled in the components.
n
Check if the machine lift itself remaining horizontal. On the contrary, put it down again and
regulate the ropes.
n
Two people should be present at the lifting and transport operations. They should be placed
diametrically opposite to the car, out of the operation area of the lifting device and they have
to watch it to avoid happening any shocks or entangles.
7.5 LIFTING INFORMATION
This machine and its support can be moved by lifting with a crane with suitable capacity.
Before lifting the machine and its support it is necessary to lock the drawers and the interblocked
front hood with adhesive tape or move them separately.

Remove the upper protection of the
machine.
n
Hook up the rope or lifting belt to the
suitable ring.
n
The lower support has to be sling with
ropes or belts, making sure that it is
perfectlybalanced before lifting.
The machine and its support can be
also moved by the means of an elevator
trolley after placing them on the pallets
by using a crane.
7.6 WEIGHTS AND DIMENSIONS OF THE PARTS

7.7 STORAGE CONDITIONS
Either in case of not carrying out the initial installation or subsequently, in case of expected
extended inactivity (longer than one month), it is necessary to:

Cut off the power supply cable after disconnecting it from the mains.
n
Clean the machine according to the instructions indicated in Charter 11.0 Maintenance.
n
Protect the electric motor with a sealed wrapping ( i.e. with a shrink-wrapped plastic film or
with welded edges) containing appropriated small bags with dehydrating salts. For
reaching the electric motor it is necessary to remove the back fixed protections by
unscrewing the four clamping screws.
n
Put inside the control panel a couple of small bags containing dehydrating salts after
opening it by unscrewing the four screws.
n
Cover the machine with an oilcloth.
