The tampering or non authorized replacement of one or more pieces or groups of the machine,
the use of accessories or consumption materials different from the ones recommended by OEM
– ALI S.p.A., can represent accident risks and exempt the manufacturer from civil or penal
responsibilities.

CAUTION: Before starting the machine and the working operations, close the electrical
boards, control panels, all the protection carters and empty and clean the operator
working place.
3.1.1 ADVICES REGARDING LIGHTNING
The machine is not provided with any self-lightning system because a normal environmental
condition, that is equal to at least 300 lux, is considered enough.
The customer should provide this value of lightning to the development of the normal working
operations.
To the development of the servicing operations is recommended the use of a possible mobile
lightning source.
3.1.2 RISKY AREAS AND POSITIONING OF SAFETY DEVICES
This machine has been designed and manufactured to heat moulding of a pizza dough to obtain
a disc with defined diameter and thickness.
So, there is a crushing risk of the upper limbs of the operator.
Because of this risk the machine is equipped with:
n
a push button [1] to the lifting of the lower plate. If the button is released the movement of
the lower plate stops;
n
a plastic interblocked protection device called "Hood" [2] that:
- when opened, the machine stops and it stops the operation of the lower plate move;
- if opened when the machine is working that is, during the pressing operation, it inverts the
move of the lower plate making it going down.
Besides, notice that the operation of the lower plate happens by means of a push button.
For the operator's safety there are also:
n
two plastic fixed side protections [3];
n
plastic extensible protection positioned around the driving cylinder of the lower plate [4];
n
fixed protections positioned around the movable parts of the machine [5].
