Mounting the Frame Support (see Fig. D)
Insert the frame support 11 into the two supporting bores 31 . Mount the
frame support in such a manner that it rests on the supporting surface.
Tighten the screws 30 . For better handling during transport, the frame
support can be slid in.
Bench Mounting
To ensure secure handling, the machine must be mounted on a suitable
support (e. g. work bench, wooden table, etc.). When mounting the ma-
chine, ensure that the workbench is standing securely.
Depending on the application, the machine can be mounted stationary or
flexible, e.g. on a Würth saw table (accessory).
The supporting points of the machine are fitted with four bores 9
(see Fig. A ). Insert the fitting bolts into the bores and fasten the machine
with the corresponding nuts and washers from the bottom side.
Loosen the screw 32 and tilt the saw blade guard 34 upward.
Press the spindle lock 27 and rotate the blade by hand until you feel the

Press the release lever 28 , move the bottom saw blade guard upward and
remove the saw blade 36 .
Install the new saw blade 36 onto the shoulder provided on the inner
flange making sure that the teeth at the bottom edge of the blade are
pointing towards the fence 3 / 8 (away from the operator).
Tighten the blade bolt 33 by turning counter-clockwise (!) while holding
the spindle lock 27 engaged with your other hand.

Use only saw blades where the maximum allowable speed is at
least as high as the no load speed of the machine.
Use only saw blades that are authorized by Würth and corre-
spond with the EN 847-1 Standard.
Use saw blades that correspond to the material to be cut.
HSS saw blades (high-speed steel) may not be used.
