14. Cleaning Operations

For correct application of the food safety
system (HACCP), please ollow t e instructions
in this paragraph.
General
The grinder/dispenserr should be cleaned periodically, with
special attention given to those areas that come into contact
with the coffee.
To clean, follow these procedures.

Cleaning the coffee beans receptacle

Close the shutter (15), pulling it outwards.
Start the grinding until all the remaining coffee is emptied from the grinder/
dispenser.

Wipe with an absorbent damp cloth until the grinder is completely clean and if necessary dry it.
Before replacing the coffee beans receptacle (2) on the grinder/dispenserr, ensure that all the parts have been dried
thoroughly.

the grinder/dispenser.

Remove any remaining coffee from the coffee beans
receptacle (2). Remove any organic residues present.
pray the specific product EcoCleaner Spray (or similar, for
objects in contact with foodstuffs) on the parts to be cleaned.

The hopper may ONLY be
removed or positioned when
the shutter is closed.
